The programme is developed for the 4th and 5th years of public and private elementary schools of the Federal District and surrounding areas. The civic tour features guides and playful activities, and includes a visit to the premises of the Presidential Palace.
The Presidency of the Republic offers transportation and snacks for school groups of 41 students and 03 teachers.
To participate in the programme, tour requests must be formalised via e-mail to the Public Relations General Coordination Office/COREP (please write to firstname.lastname@example.org).
Visitation programmes to the general public are offered on Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. A total two hundred tickets are distributed in order of arrival, with groups of up to 20 people visiting the Planalto Palace every 30 minutes accompanied by a Public Relations professional. The itinerary includes visits to the West and East Noble Halls, Supreme Meeting Room, Audience Room and Presidential Office, as well as a presentation of the works of art in display at the Presidential Palace.
The General Public Relations Coordination informs that there will be no public visit to the Planalto Palace on February 26, 2017.
Alvorada Palace and Jaburu Palace
The Public Relations General Coordination Office reports that visits to the Alvorada and Jaburu Palaces are temporarily suspended.
