How to apply for the e-visa
To request the document, travellers must go to http://www.vfsglobal.com/brazil-evisa/. Through the system, every procedure, including fees, analysis, awarding and issuing the visa last up to 72 hours. The permit is valid for two years and does not stop those interested in applying for the traditional visa in the Brazilian consulate from doing so.
The ease of issuing visas is part of the Brazil + Tourism programme, created to boost the travelling sector in the country and reach 12 million foreign tourists by 2022. For the documents necessary to apply for a Brazilian visa, click here.
